The Annual General Meeting of the Mersea Island Community Association will be held on: Thursday 24th May 2018, at 8pm in the Mersea Centre, 38 High Street, West Mersea. All members of MICA as at 24th May 2017 are eligible and encouraged to attend the meeting. The Officers of the Association and members of the Council and Executive Committees are elected at this meeting. Any member who wishes to join the Council and / or Executive is invited to complete and submit a Nomination form, copies of which are available at the Mersea Centre Reception. In addition to the elections, the accounts and a general report of Centre activities in 2017 will be given.

Immediately after the AGM there will be a meeting of the Council to discuss and approve the transition of the Mersea Island Community Association from a Trust Charity to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation
